International Affiliation

HDA Audit is a member of Affilica International. Affilica International is an interactive alliance of independent firms of Accounting, Auditors, Tax Experts, Lawyers and Business Consultants with head office in United Kingdom, by forging links with independent professional practices in Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East. HDA Audit brings to its clients qualitative services in line with international standard and best practices. The alliance also provides us with the platform to refer our clients’ overseas consultancy services needs to Affilica independent firms in other countries.

National Network

HDA Audit is also a member of Audit Quality Support Consortium (AQSC). AQSC is a consortium of independent medium and small accounting and audit practice firms in Nigeria. The consortium provides audit quality and service delivery support to its members. Members share training information, local and international development in the industry.

 

Partnership

HDA Audit is the promoter and owner of Dabiserv Consulting. The consulting firm was formed to strategically focus on providing project development and management support services in small and medium enterprises (SME). In this connection, HDA Audit in conjunction with its sister firm (Dabiserv Consulting) have been providing project conceptualization, development, management and capacity building services for SME promoters in the last ten years.

 

In the year 2003, Dabiserv Consulting was appointed as Technical Intervention Office (TIO) of Centre of the Development of Enterprises (CDE). CDE is a European Union (EU) funded agency established as part of system of providing development assistance to enterprises in Africa, Caribbean and Pacific Counties.

In this connection, as the Technical Intervention Office (TIO) for CDE, we anchor and coordinate the Centre’s activities in Nigeria. Though the TIO agreement with CDE lapsed in 2013, Dabiserv continued to work with CDE on ad hoc bases and also independently assist businesses to access intervention fund from CDE.

We maintain a separate unit in our organisation to cater for clients' taxation and tax management needs.
